1.1 A booking is considered confirmed only once:A signed agreement (digital or written) has been received; andA non-refundable 20% deposit has been paid.
1.2 The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Dates are not secured without receipt of the deposit. All bookings are subject to availability.
2.1 A 20% deposit is required to secure all photography services.
2.2 The deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
2.3 If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2.4 In the event of client no-show, the full agreed fee may be charged.
2.5 Payments must be made via the agreed payment method stated on the invoice.
3.1 Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given more than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot date.
3.2 Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3.3 If weather or unforeseen external conditions prevent the shoot from taking place (where applicable), an alternative date will be offered. Deposits remain transferable but not refundable.
3.4 The Photographer reserves the right to cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded or transferred to a new agreed date.
4.1 The Photographer retains full creative control over composition, lighting, editing style, and final image selection.
4.2 Image delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope.
4.3 RAW / unedited files are not supplied under any circumstances.
5.1 Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery or secure download link.
5.2 Standard turnaround time is typically 3–5 working days unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Expedited delivery may be available at additional cost.
6.1 All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Martin Miller Media Photography at all times.
6.2 No copyright is transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7.1 For private clients, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal use only.
7.2 Personal use includes social media, personal websites, and non-commercial printing.
7.3 Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission.

9.1 Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for private locations unless otherwise agreed.

10.1 The Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, editorial submission, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.
10.2 Confidential projects must be agreed in advance.
11.1 The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or third-party interference.
11.2 Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
